Construction: Every Overland goggle lens starts life as a polycarbonate blank, precisely injection molded on a perfect curve. This thermoplastic material and method of manufacturing earns high praise for its optical clarity and resistance to impact. A CNC-controlled laser cutter creates the finished lens silhouette to ensure a perfect fit in our Overland goggle frame.
